In a shocking development in the ongoing federal trial against hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, former assistant Capricorn Clark has testified that she was kidnapped and threatened with death by the music executive.
Shocking Testimony from Former Assistant
Clark, who worked closely with Diddy from 2004 to 2012, appeared before a New York federal court and detailed several disturbing encounters. She alleged that in 2011, Diddy forced her to drive him to rapper Kid Cudi’s home after discovering his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, was romantically involved with the artist. Clark stated that Diddy became enraged and threatened to blow up Cudi’s car, physically assaulted Cassie, and terrorized her as a witness.
Allegations of Psychological Abuse
Clark also described an incident where a valuable piece of jewelry went missing from Diddy’s residence. She was allegedly detained for five days and subjected to multiple lie detector tests. According to her testimony, Diddy threatened to throw her into the East River if she failed. She further revealed that Diddy once threatened to kill her on her very first day, suspecting she had past connections with Suge Knight.
Pattern of Violence and Control
These allegations are part of a broader federal case accusing Diddy of running a criminal enterprise through his business empire, involving human trafficking, drug distribution, assault, and bribery. Multiple individuals, including former employees and artists, have come forward to corroborate similar experiences of intimidation, manipulation, and physical abuse.
Legal Proceedings Continue
The court has denied Diddy’s bail, citing potential risks of witness tampering and public endangerment. As the high-profile trial continues, more witnesses are expected to testify in the coming weeks.
